OUR MISSION
The project “EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE FOR NEW EUROPEAN GENERATION (EIFNEG) | Emotional intelligence as a basis for the educational and personal development of the new European generation” is a 2-year long project developed under the Erasmus+ KA220-SCH – Cooperation partnerships in school education.
Its main aim is to develop innovative learning materials to train European students in emotional intelligence.
The partnership consists of 7 partners from 4 European countries: the Czech Republic, Romania, Spain, and Portugal. According to the World Economic Forum, emotional intelligence is one of the core skills of the future.
To implement EI in the education system, the project will bring a collection of materials to train students in skills such as empathy, communication, stress resilience, teamwork, critical thinking, etc…
The process will also include training trainers in their resilience and ability to be innovative in teaching these new skills.

Emotional intelligence education can help! Research shows that young people who receive emotional intelligence training experience better mental health outcomes, improved relationships, and greater success in school and work.
